PROJECT BACKGROUND
We were approached by West River Hospitality Partners to create a culinary experience celebrating “the love of eating.” A collaboration of local artists, designers, and makers from the Reno-Tahoe area, Roco, albeit short-lived, was a visceral culinary experience.
Launched just before the worldwide pandemic, Roco quickly evolved into Como when indoor dining activities were halted. And Como has become a simplified rendition of the original concept.
